With 20 years of experience as a trainer and user assistance professional in the software industry. Mathew spent much of this time managing a team of writers and trainers at a UK-based consultancy company, before enjoying a period in the US as Director of the WinWriters (now WritersUA) annual conference for Help authors.
A popular and highly-rated trainer on Help and eLearning tools and technologies since 1994 Mathew has worked with RoboHelp since version 2.0, has been Macromedia's master instructor for both RoboHelp and Captivate in the UK, and has published a number of articles on RoboHelp, including "Tips and Techniques for Single-sourcing with RoboHelp X5".
Matthew is a qualified teacher (PGCE) and Certified Technical Trainer and holds a B.Sc. in Electronic Engineering from Bristol University.
