As the Project Manager within the GTM PMO team, you will take on a diverse set of responsibilities and serve as a critical member of the team. You will be responsible for ensuring that the GTM segments successfully deliver their programmes to acquire annual recurring revenue globally. In this role, we will rely on your business and operational expertise, stakeholder management skills, and problem-solving abilities to help us accelerate the onboarding of newly acquired customers faster than ever before.

What You’ll Do

Strategy & Pace to Execution

  • Act as the primary source of information on the when and how of the strategic programmes within the portfolio, as well as the overall portfolio itself.
  • Collaborate closely with Go-To-Market Managers to accelerate the launch of Sales initiatives, from ideation through to implementation.
  • Partner with Sales Route-to-Market (RTM) Leads to drive efficiencies and productivity across transformational initiatives.
  • Support due diligence and planning cycles (annual and quarterly), ensuring an understanding of strategic objectives and providing insight on GTM integration planning, risks, and challenges.

Stakeholder Management & Communication

  • Demonstrate cross-functional leadership through collaboration and strong working relationships with partners across Sales, Product, Sales Operations, Marketing, Finance, IT and other key functions to deliver strategic initiatives aimed at driving customer acquisition and retention.
  • Influence other teams and functional areas by contributing to the definition of policies, procedures, and systems. Synthesise recommendations and programmes based on functional knowledge and available data.
  • Prepare clear, executive-ready presentations for the team and senior management, highlighting performance and progress.
  • Establish a robust communications infrastructure, including cross-functional meetings, status reports, and informal touchpoints to track initiative progress and keep stakeholders aligned.
  • Understand the unique challenges of delivering GTM initiatives within a highly matrixed environment and approach them with empathy and a solution-oriented mindset.

PMO, Governance & Performance

  • Demonstrate accountability across the full project lifecycle: effort estimation, scope management, planning, monitoring and reporting (including risk management, timelines, dependencies, etc.).
  • Develop and execute comprehensive project plans aligned to success metrics and value drivers.
  • Identify and implement new processes to remove bottlenecks and enhance efficiency, while continuously optimising existing ones.
  • Support the development and ongoing improvement of PMO methodologies, playbooks, processes and tools, ensuring they are understood and adopted across the business.
  • Identify opportunities to improve PMO operations and contribute to scalability initiatives that enhance performance and delivery.

What You Bring

  • A bachelor’s degree and 5–7 years’ experience in GTM Operations, Programme Management, or Business Operations (ideally within fast-paced software companies).
  • A minimum of 8 years’ project management experience.
  • Proficiency in the Microsoft Suite, as well as Smartsheet, Lucidchart and other collaborative cloud-based document creation/management platforms. Experience with Workfront is desirable.
  • Meticulous attention to detail and exceptional project management skills.
