We’re looking for an outstanding Senior Designer to join the team

Reporting into the Creative Director for Advertising Design, this is a senior role working across a range of business verticals on integrated campaigns.

You will be required to provide design for advertising ideas and execute them.

What you’ll do

Work with Creative Directors to push ideation into exciting campaign design assets

Develop (new and unique) advertising design that pushes our brand into exciting new spaces whilst being respectful of our brand guides and TOV

  • Provide effective design solutions for TTL comms across print and digital
  • Ensure the highest standards of design are maintained at all times
  • Have a flair for design, strong typographic skills and an eye for detail
  • Have a positive attitude, a love of problem solving and a desire to find solutions
  • Be a brand guardian, ensuring work conforms to our Masterbrand values
  • Have a strong knowledge of photography/photographers
  • Oversee/guide production, shoots, and post-production
  • Motion skills are a plus but not essential
  • Work independently and collaboratively with the team and the wider organisation across multiple projects
  • Working alongside Planning and Account Management to build presentations and arguments to sell the work
  • Present to agency, clients and stakeholders
  • Provide clear and effective communication to the Creative Director of Advertsing Design, Advertising Creative Directors and the SCA Exec
  • Mentor, inspire and engage with more junior members of the advertising design team
  • Perform highly against a clear set of agreed business and personal objectives

What you’ll bring:

  • A history of creating work for outstanding design for advertising and TTL campaigns where the idea is key
  • Have created or evolved brand identities across large or small organisations
  • The ability to think across different media – Print, Motion, Digital and Social Media
  • Proven excellence in creative execution and design across print and digital channels
  • Proven experience in delivering Brand and Response creative
  • Proven experience across multiple brands
  • Years of experience help but if you’re up and coming and looking for your next step we want to hear from you.
  • Excellent design – both conceptual and executional
  • Strong knowledge of print and digital
  • Ability to think and work TTL
  • A good knowledge of production, shoots, and post-production.
  • Good presentation skills, able to hold a room, confident in presenting at senior level
  • A comprehensive understanding of Adobe software (e.g. Photoshop, Illustrator, After Effects & InDesign).
  • Ability to take and work with criticism in a positive pragmatic way
  • Problem solving with high levels of personal motivation
  • Proven ability to collaborate and work with wider departments and 3rd parties
  • Natural Team player​
