We are seeking a visionary and highly skilled Learning Experience Designer to revolutionize how our global sales teams learn and perform. This is an exceptional opportunity to shape the future of sales enablement, directly impacting the success of thousands across diverse international markets. You will be instrumental in designing and delivering cutting-edge learning experiences that drive measurable results, leveraging the latest in instructional design methodologies and artificial intelligence.
This is a 12-months, hybrid contract, offering £284.81 per day – 37.5 hrs/week – (PAYE). This role is open for a limited time. **About the Role:**
In this dynamic role, you will be at the heart of transforming learning for international sales teams. You will own the end-to-end creation of world-class learning experiences, from strategic design to innovative content development and meticulous evaluation. This position blends instructional design expertise with advanced AI-enhanced content creation, empowering you to make a significant impact on sales readiness and productivity across EMEA, APAC, and CA/LATAM. Your work will directly contribute to driving measurable performance, ensuring our teams are equipped with the knowledge and skills to excel.
**What You’ll Do:**
* Architect and deliver performance-driven enablement programs aligned with strategic business objectives and regional priorities.
* Apply advanced adult learning frameworks to construct impactful, measurable learning experiences.
* Conduct thorough needs assessments to determine the most effective learning approaches, including virtual instructor-led training, instructor-led training, eLearning, microlearning, and blended formats.
* Serve as a trusted advisor to business and enablement leaders, recommending learning strategies and modalities that yield tangible outcomes.
* Integrate AI-driven insights and data analytics to personalize learning pathways and significantly enhance performance.
* Develop engaging, high-impact content, such as interactive eLearning modules, compelling videos, comprehensive playbooks, onboarding guides, and practical job aids.
* Utilize advanced AI platforms to ideate, script, summarize, and enhance content, accelerating development cycles and boosting learner engagement.
* Ensure all learning materials are visually compelling, inclusive, and consistent with brand guidelines and tone.
* Adapt learning experiences to cater to diverse, multicultural audiences across international markets.
* Manage the entire project lifecycle, from initial discovery and design through development, delivery, and rigorous evaluation.
* Collaborate cross-functionally with enablement leaders, facilitators, and business stakeholders to ensure seamless execution.
* Employ a data-driven methodology to assess program impact, leveraging analytics and feedback for continuous iteration and improvement.
* Communicate progress and outcomes transparently to global teams and stakeholders.
**Qualifications:**
**Must-Have:**
* 5+ years of hands-on experience in Learning Experience Design, Instructional Design, or Sales Enablement learning roles.
* A proven track record of designing and developing impactful end-to-end learning solutions.
* Deep understanding of adult learning theory, performance-based design principles, and modern learning technologies.
* Advanced proficiency in GenAI, Notebook LM, Gemini, ChatGPT, Articulate 360 (Storyline + Rise), Adobe Creative Suite, Camtasia, Docebo, Canva, and G Suite.
* Demonstrated ability to creatively apply AI tools to ideate and optimize learning content.
* Exceptional storytelling, writing, and communication skills.
* Strong project management and stakeholder-engagement capabilities.
* Fluency in English is required.
* Bachelor’s degree in Instructional Design, Learning Sciences, or a related field.
**Nice-to-Have:**
* Master’s degree in a relevant field.
* Proficiency in French.
