London (April 25, 2007)—Aquent, the world’s largest marketing and creative staffing company, has announced today the acquisition of pricejamieson, the UK’s premier consultancy providing recruitment solutions to the digital, media and marketing communications sectors. The acquisition will make Aquent the leader in the media, digital and marketing communications permanent recruitment market in the UK and will enable Aquent to provide its clients with a single comprehensive solution for all their global marketing, communications and creative staffing needs.

“This acquisition brings together two highly efficient and successful companies from within the UK market,” said Stefan Ciecierski, Aquent’s Managing Director Europe. “The industry areas of focus for pricejamieson are extremely complementary to Aquent’s current offerings, and the level of relationships pricejamieson currently has will enhance Aquent’s position within the senior levels of the UK’s top companies.”

The union of Aquent and pricejamieson in London creates the largest Aquent market globally and the largest single provider of marketing, communications and creative recruitment solutions in any city anywhere in the world. It also creates the UK’s largest database of prospective candidates – in excess of 150,000 – giving clients and candidates a greater choice and opportunity than ever before.

Now with over 80 staff in London, and expectations to grow to 250, Aquent is in a position to become the only marketing, communications and creative solutions business giving companies a ‘one-stop-shop’ service.

Through this type of initiative, Aquent will continue to grow and develop further with the incorporation of exceptional and highly skilled niche businesses throughout the UK and across Europe into the foreseeable future.

“We have always focused on providing the highest possible level of service to both our clients and the candidates we represent and on finding innovative ways of responding to their changing needs,” said Ann Jamieson, Managing Director of pricejamieson. “Aquent, with its breadth of services, its global reach and its like-minded approach to providing quality services, is the perfect partner for pricejamieson.”

Ann Jamieson will continue to drive this high level of service from within her client-facing role whilst Andrew Swift remains as Managing Director.

Pricejamieson’s in-depth knowledge of the digital and marketing communications sectors will now be supported by Aquent’s global network of 70 offices in 17 countries. This will enable pricejamieson to provide a far wider client base with the high calibre of candidate that has made it such a success in the digital, media, broadcast and marketing services industries.

Pricejamieson will continue to trade and expand under its current name and remain in its central London location.
