Every year, Inavero produces a Best of Staffing list that recognizes companies based on their Net Promoter Score, a metric indicating the willingness of clients and customers to recommend a company to others. 

2014 marks the third year in a row that Aquent has made this list, which recognizes us both for Client Service as well as Job Candidate Experience. Companies recognized in the first category had an average Net Promoter Score of 67%, more than eight times the industry average for staffing and recruiting agencies. Companies recognized in the second category averaged 63%, almost double the industry average. 

There are several things that Aquent does to ensure satisfaction on both sides of the staffing equation. On the client side, we have distinguished ourselves as true partners, taking the time to understand the environment, the work that needs to get done, and the unique compliance and reporting needs of the entire organization.

As a result, we are able to consistently provide our clients with talent who are not only highly skilled but also a perfect fit. 

On the talent side, we use structured interviews and real world assessments to evaluate both hard and soft skills. We also invite our network of practitioners to review candidate work (we have developers review the code of developer candidates, for example) and provide our customers with a detailed summary of their abilities. 

In this way, we not only ensure the quality of our talent pool and the placements we make; we also give our talent a clear sense of their own capabilities and are able to recommend next steps in their career path. And if that path requires new skills, we offer free training through Aquent Gymnasium
