The first link cometh unto thee courtesy of Johnny Holland Magazine. It’s a post by Adrian Chanentitled, “A Social Interaction Primer.” Adrian’s main point is that design of social media must focus on user interests, not user needs. Worth a read and a think.

The second link takes you to this article by Mark Dykeman which focuses on “creative infrastructure,” a concept coined by magician Stewart James. It begins to answer the question, “How do you systematically support creativity and the generation of new ideas?”
