Job Description:

FSI Major Accounts Administrator 

* Run the large volume of administration associated with a major Client account, which includes; 
- ensuring correct billing set up 
- contract management 
- revenue tracking 
- scheduling customer meetings and events 
- supporting account governance processes 
* Provide ad hoc administrative support to UK Cluster leader 
* Provide administrative/ financial coordination support for the wider FSI team - PO and invoicing follow-up 
* Support cross-functional external & internal events / projects 

Minimum Qualifications: 
* BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience. 
* 2 years experience in a project management or coordination role 
* Proven experience of cross-functional coordination and planning is key, as well as flexibility 
* Ability to handle multiple and conflicting prioritizations 

Preferred Qualifications: 
* Ability and experience interacting with senior stakeholders (external & internal) 
* Impeccable communication and organizational skills with a strong attention to detail.
