We are looking for a marketing manager to contract who is experienced and passionate about content marketing and content creation as part of our global marketing efforts for our corporate brand impact narratives, such as economic growth, social value, connectivity, and innovation. We are creating products, tools and programs that enable people on our platform to have strong, positive contributions to their communities, by giving them a voice for the interests and causes they care about. Our goal is to bring our corporate brand to life through marketing communications that feature and amplify the important work happening both globally and programmatically, to build stronger understanding and collaboration between our company, the public and non-profit sectors. 

The ideal candidate will have experience at a high-profile brand, tech company, or agency, creating content and advertising. We are looking for an individual who can develop and deploy marketing materials to support our corporate social responsibility, policy programs, and/or corporate philanthropic efforts at a global scale. 

This is a highly cross-functional role: collaborating with our Public Policy team and across various marketing functional teams (e.g., International Marketing, Events, Creative Studio). He or she must be driven and have a relentless focus on growing awareness and sentiment through content deployment and ongoing community building. He or she must have experience effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams, vendors, and agencies. This person must exhibit excellent skills in brand building, content marketing, messaging, and production. The ideal candidate will be creative, analytical, and display strong leadership, communication, and organizational skills. This is a full-time contracting position based at in the London headquarters. 

Duties 

Define and drive marketing and content strategy for international marketing programs to build community engagement and positive brand sentiment among key audiences worldwide. 
Partner with internal and external partners to craft marketing materials and creative assets such as videos and collateral from ideation to creative production. 
Manage relationships and creative resources with creative agencies and external partners to create marketing materials. 
Work with leads in all verticals from Connectivity to Product to Policy teams to craft and deploy marketing assets while applying consistent brand guidelines, to tell global stories. 
Develop and execute innovative, audience-led communication strategies that deliver against brand and/or corporate objectives in partnership with internal/external partners. 
Work closely with event teams, architecture teams and external agencies to build cohesive experiences for key audiences. 
Strategically lead distilling large amounts of information into comprehensible and compelling communication pieces 
Skills:
Qualifications 

Bachelor's degree (minimum) in marketing, public relations, communications, business, or related field required 
5+ years in high-profile product marketing, brand marketing, digital content development, or community management role, either in-agency or in-house. 
Strong project management skills, with experience in planning and producing marketing programs in a fast-paced, often ambiguous environment. 
Creative skillset with proven content creation experience. 
Self-starter, flexible thinker and outstanding communicator who is comfortable working across global time-zones and diverse teams including Marketing, Public Policy, Partnerships, and PR. 
Excellent written and communication skills. Ability to distill benefits into clear and compelling marketing content. 
Team oriented—someone that is motivated by helping others as much as they are motivated about excelling in their individual role. 
Highly autonomous—ability to drive progress with little to no direct involvement from leadership. 
Global experience and a passion for international policy and education strongly preferred.
