Job Title: SMB EMEA Marketing Manager
Duties: The London based Solutions team seeks a Marketing Activation Manager for the Small & Medium Sized Business, NA/EMEA Marketing Team.
This person will be responsible for delivering marketing webinars, events, and content across NA/EMEA to support the teams in these locations. This individual will actively ensure they are aware of the business priorities and needs across the NA/EMEA teams and provide ongoing and timely communication on progress to the team and to the Head of Marketing. This person will also contribute and support the development of client success stories, product case studies, and other market content and materials.
Excellent project management, organization, communication skills are critical to success in this position, as is a demonstrated ability to work across cross-functional teams. The ideal candidate would have a regional marketing background. Candidate will report to the EMEA Solutions Marketing lead.


Work style: Autonomous-self-starter, an engaging communicator with little ego and the ability to collaborate with ease.


Skills: Responsibilities

Work directly with the Head of Marketing & Solutions to understand the marketing programs and communication needs of the businesses across the SMB team
Drive the creation of a quarterly plan for EMEA and NA SMB marketing activations together with Sales
Develop SMB client case studies, videos, and other marketing related content and collateral
Organize weekly team meetings with agenda and report out to key stakeholders on activation results and ideas for improvements
Link to the Central SMB marketing team for content and strategic direction
Collaborate with the EMEA Managed marketing team and partners
Event support: timetables, small event creation and execution, supporting collateral
Support design and execution of scaled webinars including email campaigns and management
Deck creation, adaptation and language localisation

Education: Minimum Qualifications
Relevant marketing background and/or experience BA/BS Previous experience in marketing, digital, or tech Strong communication skills across all levels of the organization Strong critical thinking, analytical skills with an entrepreneurial and proactive mind-set Ability to effectively prioritize tasks and manage time Comfort with a fast-paced, always-on environment
