Overview 
A global Technology Services Organization is looking for a new dedicated team member to develop and manage the company's largest and most strategic partnerships. 
Work alongside numerous teams to address our partners' most pressing and complex technology challenges. 
This team lead deployments, optimize implementations, and handle integrations to build strong, successful and long-term partnerships. 

As a Live Operations Specialist, you will work closely across many internal and external stakeholders to provide outstanding support for cutting edge solutions in the area of live streaming. 
Your responsibilities will be to drive projects to completion with your ability to manage internal stakeholders, resources, communication, reporting and conduct product trainings. 
You will have good technical knowledge of Internet technologies with experience in live streaming and are willing to provide support out-of-hours, where required. 

Key Responsibilities: 
*Obtain a broad understanding of product technology, in-depth knowledge of Video-on-Demand and Live Streaming products. 
*Work with global counterparts to manage incoming event support & training requests from cross-functional teams. 
*Develop production plans that document requirements for internal & external stakeholders.                                                                                                                                                                                              *Provide high-touch support during live productions.                                                                                                                                                                                                                                                          *Communicate proactively with all involved personnel to provide feedback, identify problems, drive solutions and implement regular reporting mechanisms.

Minimum qualifications: 
*Ops experience in a Live Production Setting. *Customer Support experience in a Live Production Setting. 
*Excellent problem-solving skills. 
*Ability to speak and write in English fluently and idiomatically. Preferred qualifications: 
*Knowledge of Online Video Platforms. 
*Technical troubleshooting experience for complex and demanding partners. 
*Familiarity of live streaming technologies, equipment and workflows. 
*Detail oriented, effective communicator. Good organizational capacity, thrives in ambiguity, and with excellent analytical and problem solving skills. 

Bonus: 
*Knowledge of encoders, Functional Knowledge of Live Streaming. 
*Fluent in a European Language.
