My client is looking for an experienced Sales Operations Analyst with Marketing experience to support operational and reporting processes for business decisions across the Global Sales Organisation (GSO) and organizations in EMEA.
This person will work with to support the Sales Planning and Operations EMEA team to centralize a number of frequent tasks and work on ad-hoc operational responsibilities. The ideal candidate is passionate about Social Media, has strong analytical skills, attention to detail and an ability to work with complex tools and processes.
·Support the generation of management reports on a weekly (e.g. revenue reports), monthly (e.g. headcount tracking) and quarterly (e.g. business reviews) basis
·Coordinate processes amongst the team (e.g. consolidate market commentary, gather inputs on account transfers)
·Answer operational and analytical queries from the team and Sales (e.g. pulling revenue/product reports, answering process related questions)
·Support the management and tracking of key programs owned by the team (e.g. update online tools with inputs from stakeholders)
·The successful candidate will be able to take on additional responsibilities over time such as:
Conduct insightful analysis using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive strategic business decisions.
Focus on process and continuous improvement of core projects through automation and process enhancement.
·Strong analytical skills, high attention to detail and rigor, can-do attitude, and desire to learn
·Strong proficiency in excel with demonstrated experience in analysis and automation of standard reports (building complex modelsis preferable but not required)
·Ability to work with a diverse set of data sources (e.g. unstructured reports, excel files, external data, Tableau) and tools (e.g. CRM system, Anaplan planning tool, Salesforce)
·Highly organized and delivers work on timely basis with accuracy and reliability
·Strong communication skills - can communicate confidently and clearly with colleagues and stakeholders
·Ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, be a true team-player and effectively time-manage and prioritize under pressure
·At a minimum, Bachelor's degree in an analytical field (e.g. Computer Science, Engineering, Mathematics, or Statistics)
·1 to 3 years (max) experience with Consulting firm or corporate background or Operations role or in Analyst/Financial analyst/Reporting role
