Marketing Operations Executive

(Initially a 6 Month Contract with a view to go Fixed-Term for 12 Months plus)

One of my top repeat clients who are a Global Leading Insurance Business are now looking for 2 experienced Marketing Operations Executives to join their already established team! It seems the client is forever expanding! This employer is already managing over £300bn in assets with offices spanning more than a dozen countries. There is real opportunity here to carve out a superb career.

The team:

The Marketing Operations team provides support across all elements of the marketing function. Your key role will be to assist in the delivery of marketing activity, including digital and print literature, webinars and e-marketing. This literature targets consumers, financial advisers, institutions, asset managers and commercial borrowers. There is huge scope for this role, the Client is thinking very long term here so in turn they are looking for somebody with the same aspirations,

Key responsibilities (to name a few):

  • Manage the distribution of marketing literature, merchandise, video and web content
  • Liaise with key stakeholders
  • Work with the in-house design team to produce printed marketing materials, and presentations
  • Coordinate the sign off process with key stakeholders in compliance, legal, channel marketing and the wider business
  • Ensure all materials and activities are compliant and aligned Guidelines
  • Deliver customer-targeted emails using their e-marketing tool
  • Check data and branding for monthly performance publications

You will ideally possess the following skills and experience:

  • Up to date knowledge of Investment Markets and Products
  • 2+ years’ experience in a Professional Services/Financial Services industry marketing role
  • Bonus points if you have Project Management experience
  • Excellent attention to detail, written, verbal communication, editing and proof-reading skills
  • Scheduling and organisation skills, with an ability to meet tight deadlines
  • Experience of working with multiple stakeholders
  • Experience of briefing design agencies
  • Microsoft Office skills – primarily Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Knowledge or experience using similar tools such as: Documentum, BrightTALK , Insite or Adobe Campaign would be an advantage
