My client is a fantastic global asset management firm renowned for developing fantastic brand strategies both internally and externally for themselves and partners. Currently going through a massive growth period, they are now looking to bring in a Head of Global Brand and Creative to head up the creative department.
Reporting into the Global Marketing Director, you will be responsible for leading an exceptional creative team which develops campaigns all integrated platforms across such as print, digital, video, social and experiential platforms. You will be tasked with inspiring, innovating and implementing great ideas to bring to roll out across the office’s creative department nationally and internationally.
On a day to day basis, your role will be split in managing a team of 13 (1 direct in London and 12 in US) as well as building a creative strategy that elevates the brand and it’s partners. You’ll be working with creative agencies as well as internal business teams such as Creative Services, Global Content and Digital making a collaborative effort to design consistent, enticing methods to stakeholders, firms, advisors and investors.
As this is a fantastic role which really allows you to bring a new creative outlook to a business, you should have strong brand nous but also be some previous hands on experience; a senior creative who has not only come up with great concepts but seen this right through to final delivery.
All in all, you should be passionate about design and happy pulling the strings within a business. Being able to champion a brand, run a large creative team seamlessly, present ideas to senior members of staff/agencies, keep up to date with market trends and most importantly push creative boundaries that challenge stereotypical ideas.
