Job Description:

Our client is looking for a confident Creative, Digital Project Manager to manage complex client relationships whilst maintaining profitability and margins at all times. 

You must have the proficiency to build strong internal and external relationships; empowering all stakeholders to perform to the best of their ability and deliver efficiently and on time. Clear communication is vital in order to pragmatically solve complex challenges. Passionate about project management best practice and keen to evolve and learn with marketplace demands, you will help push Ops forward to be a best-in-class commercial super team.

MAIN DUTIES AND RESPONSIBILITIES: 

• PROJECT MANAGEMENT

◦ Full ownership of digital delivery – ensuring all creative assets are delivered on time and to the highest standard by co-ordinating the relevant stakeholders in order to meet client goals

• Pre-Sales

◦ Work with Account Management to plan the best course of action and then execute with a customer-centric attitude

◦ Advise on production cost estimates to ensure budgets and profit margins are maintained

• Production

◦ Organise shoots (digital and video); booking locations, casting models, confirming permits and catering

◦ To be accountable for the cost of all content production – working to a previously agreed budget vs. net value of a campaign 

◦ Have an understanding of digital and standard specifications; awareness of third party tracking and analytics tools and how the production process can impact these

◦ Very willing to work across multiple markets and brands to achieve scale of execution 

◦ Conscientious of budget and awareness of tracking to hit monthly/quarterly and annual targets

◦ Work closely with respective workflow directors and editorial members to ensure full visibility and transparency of all live work and upcoming deadlines

• Campaign Management

◦ Comprehensively handover all digital content in a complete format to Account Managers to the campaign management to commence

• Post Campaign

◦ Ensure all invoices are processed quickly and efficiently to be with Finance and Payroll on time each month, coding these correctly and ensuring rates are adhered to

◦ Work alongside an external research agency to commission campaign research and product trials – particularly important when looking to re-book clients for upcoming campaigns

◦ Negotiate rates with model agents, photographers and other contributors to maximise profit margins on each job. This also involves establishing and developing a strong relationship with these agencies

◦ Attend wash-up meetings at the end of a campaign’s cycle to establish; what worked well, what didn’t work, how to improve for next time
