Job Description:

We are looking for an experienced detailed oriented and fast executing Cloud Sales Ops Specialist with Process Improvement / Lean six sigma / Project Management and technical skills in Databases, SQL and Python to lead operations for a dynamic, growing Cloud EMEA sales organization.

The ideal Specialist will help execute operational process on a daily basis for the EMEA region and will also contribute to automation and standardization of global initiatives.

Job Description:

You should be able to manage ambiguity and will work with cross-functional teams including Sales, Sales Ops, Marketing, Finance and People Ops to ensure timely and accurate delivery on business reviews, reporting and cross-functional projects.

Planning & Headcount:

  • Maintain EMEA Pod Tracker
  • Add new joiners / leavers, maintain changes in Anaplan (ISRs, CE, Managers)
  • Weekly reconciliation between EMEA Pod Tracker and GCC Hiring Tracker to ensure correct roles are open CE Data:
  • Update recurring content for bi-weekly CE Business Reviews
  • Prepare data for weekly Stage 2 deal reviews
  • Pull weekly data to inform CE leads snippets CE Tools:
  • Maintain Task feed templates and boards and make changes as required Weekly Snippets
  • Gather and submit EMEA GCC Snippets Corp business reviews

 

  • [Short term] Prepare recurring data / slides for juice meetings (twice a week) [Medium term] Automate the standard slide deck for juice sessions
  • Help prepare for bi-weekly ISS EMEA business review
  • Help prepare sub-region level Corp reviews (data analysis)
  • Supporting the business
  • Troubleshoot, escalate and manage sales requests; effectively communicate effectively with engineering and other technical groups
  • Occasional support with presentations to Sales teams / leadership Special projects:
  • Data analysis and insights to help accelerate special projects (eg. Upsell opportunities, Competitive Selling etc).

Requirements:

  • Experience in Process Improvement / Lean six sigma / Project Management Technical skills (SQL, databases, python)
  • Strong Google Spreadsheets / MS Excel skills for quick reporting execution Strong presentation-building skills (PowerPoint or Google Presentations)
  • Professional etiquette, organizational skills and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multi-task, set priorities and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Dealing with ambiguity and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills Nice to Have:
  • Degree in Business / Finance / Economics / Statistics / Computer Science and/or relevant experience
  • Aptitude to understand complex business processes
