Insights Analyst - Retail

I am working with a leading retailer to find them a Web Analyst who will be responsible for driving key insights around their KPIs and act as the central point for all data. You will support the team by looking into customer data, conversion funnel, customer journey and performance marketing and help identify performance gaps in the website.
You will produce daily,weekly and monthly KPI reporting along with senior dashboards for the wider team.
You will monitor and report on website performance.
You will analyse and give suggestions on how to improve ad spend and conversion rates.
- Educated to degree level preferably in Maths, Computer Science, Statistics or similar
- Extensive knowledge of Google 360 Platforms, including reporting and customisation
- Background in retail analytics preferable
- An understanding of performance marketing channels and customer segmentation
- Knowledge of analysing data via BigQuery, Hitwise, Emarsys (CRM) or similar platforms
- Exposure to Optimise360 or other similar MVT solutions
