Comparator Pay Rate: 23.56 ph or £50k plus all meals and bonus eligible

At the heart of our value proposition to large advertisers and agencies is industry-leading content and insights from a unique point of view. Whether it’s research and data on consumer behavior, seasonal consumer trends or perspectives on major shifts happening on digital marketing platforms today, you will be collaborating with internal stakeholders to identify these insights and transform them into business intelligence for our audience. You will use your prowess for storytelling on the web to influence your colleagues and directly shape the content that we publish.
You appreciate a solid outline, revel in a structured approach to storytelling, love breaking down complex concepts, and enjoy drawing out the so-what’s from a deluge of information. You will do all of this while working with multiple stakeholders, establishing yourself as an editorial partner and a credible source of authority. You are a collaborator with experience pushing back for the sake of clear writing.
- Lead writing and development of content in the form of articles, infographics, playbooks and more.
-Ensure content meets high quality standards, is on-brand and in keeping with our editorial voice (i.e. tone, clarity, style).
-Collaborate with internal stakeholders across Google Marketing, Sales, Insights and PR to shape and influence early stage ideas for content.
-Work closely with our agency partners to guide development of any visual elements required to bring the content pieces to life and push the content live.
-Write and review copy used in the promotion of content (i.e. social, email, etc.).
-Maintain content taxonomy or categorization on the backend to enable reporting.
Mandatory **Minimum Qualifications:
-Demonstrated excellence and focus on writing and editing.
-BA/BS or equivalent practical experience.
-3- 5 years of experience working in publishing, brand thought leadership, B2B publishing or content practices related to marketing.
-Journalism experience, ability to turn around articles quickly
-Experience in project management and project planning.
-Experience working in a cross-functional team, including social media, email marketing, paid media, data analysis and production.
-Knowledge of digital marketing topics such as video, mobile, app marketing, measurement and programmatic.
-Curiosity, creativity and passion for communicating effectively.
