As part of an entrepreneurial Enterprise sales team, you will empower businesses and developers to help people navigate, explore and get things done in the world, by using our Maps Platform solutions.
As an Account Coordinator you will provide sales management excellence in the Maps Platform division, strategizing with sales partners to increase account and territory business growth. We are looking for a creative and experienced person with true passion for sales and a commitment to provide our customers with the best possible experience.
- Manage and develop strong relationships with a set of accounts within a given sales territory.
- Provide excellent customer service. Proactively and creatively understand and solve client problems, constantly striving for great success.
- Analyze data trends and client performance, identify opportunities and create implementation plans how to maximize results.
- Engage and coordinate internal groups as needed to resolve customer issues and maximize customer retention.
- BA/BS degree or equivalent practical experience.
- 2+ years experience in a sales, partner, or channel manager role.
- Experience with cloud-based technologies and service provider ecosystems and business models.
- Demonstrated technical understanding of foundational Maps technologies.
- Developed written and verbal communication skills.
- Effective interpersonal skills and ability to work in a cross-functional organization.
- Developed consulting and project management skills.
