The mission of the Partner Sales team is to drive strategic partner investment via direct sales enablement and product commercialization to grow premium content and drive revenue. You will leverage your entrepreneurial drive to commercialize the Partner Sales program across strategic EMEA markets and partners. You will consult with top partners on sales strategies and educate them about the latest advertising innovations. You will manage the ad sales relationship with the Partners in tandem with the Strategic Partner Manager and be an internal advocate for the Partner Sales business. You will work across product, regional sales leadership, content leadership, LPS, Partner Ad Ops, and LCS to ensure large partners with sales teams can effectively sell and that our ad products are launched and commercialized for these partners.

Working with them, you set the vision and the strategy for how their advertising can reach thousands of users.
As a Partner Sales Lead, you will work with the largest content partners, enabling them to sell directly to advertisers, driving an ancillary revenue stream. You will be responsible for onboarding new partners into the program, in close collaboration with Content Partnerships and the partners. You will be required to understand partner business and sales needs, vet candidacy for sales rights, manage the approval process, ensure partners meet program minimum requirements, set up the partner in our systems, educate partners about the program and sales, and ensure partners are set for success when selling their first campaigns. You will work cross functionally to commercialize products for partners.
- Familiarity with ad serving solutions (DFP, DBM, etc.) Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional projects
- Excellent presence with Director+ audiences, both internally and externally
- Passion for and knowledge of the brand advertising narrative, partners, and the video ecosystem.
- Experience launching & incubating new businesses and/or products
- Outstanding communications skills (verbal and visual) and comfort presenting to cross-functional audiences
- Demonstrated ability to excel in ambiguous environments
- Ability to speak and write French would be beneficial
