Job Description:

My client is a fantastic in-house brand who conduct creative research and behavioural studies to enlighten how people think, feel and behave to help improve the performance and creativity within companies. Currently going through a massive growth period, they are looking to bring in a Design Director to keep growing their already ambitious creative department.

Being the innovator and influencer within a Design team of 9 (3 Designers, 4 Artworkers, Copywriter and a Studio Manager), you will be responsible for developing conceptual ideas and approaches to improving the creativity within companies. It will be your responsibility to balance design thinking, client collaboration and strategy development within the team.

Regularly working with clients such as Microsoft, Coca-Cola and MGM studios, you will be working across a variety of different campaign touchpoints, building strong relationships in the process. Ideally, you should have significant integrated experience running a studio and have a solid background in delivering campaigns across Print, Digital, Branding, Motion Graphics and OOH too.

Although your responsibilities will be largely Management and strategy orientated, you should feel happy getting stuck in on projects where needed as they are a collaborative unit and believe a collective effort will breed success and consistency within the business.

All in all, this role encompasses three things; vision, growth and a real ability to make a difference to clients alike. If you are a passionate Creative Director, Design Manager or Design Director who loves to bring great campaign ideas to life, then this could be the role for you!
