We are looking for a marketing manager to support in driving usage on the Google Assistant in the UK through our growth channel including CRM, in-product notifications and cross-product promotions. The role will oversee how the promotion of the Google Assistant through Google’s owned and operated channels to drive usage for new and existing users. The role will involve working cross functionally with Global and EMEA marketing team to develop and execute growth strategies and marketing plans that increase product adoption through onboarding and engagement.
Example responsibilities (non-exhaustive):
Work with Global and Regional Marketing teams to align, prioritise and execute CRM strategies and activities against our key success metrics.
Develop and execute CRM activities based on unique audience segmentation and behaviour. Use A/B testing to optimise on-going campaigns and make changes if required, to improve key success metrics.
Coordinate with other product owners on how Assistant messaging need to be integrated to drive Assistant usage and engagement.
Use analytics and data to provide insights and recommendations to optimise user’s contact strategies and marketing activities.
4 years of relevant work experience in B2C environment in CRM planning and execution, preferably in the tech industry or a specialised CRM agency.
Lead and develop the full in-life Assistant user journey in the UK through growth, retention and engagement marketing campaigns.
Strong project management skills, with experience developing and executing marketing strategies successfully while collaborating cross-functionally globally and regionally to build consensus.
Highly analytical and data driven. Experience in using analytics to build insights and recommendations to optimise users’ contact strategy.
Proven track record in planning and executing unique contact strategies based on targeted customer audiences and segmentation that deliver significant positive impact on user engagement and usage.
Strategic mindset with experience in developing new and effective CRM contact strategies from concept to execution.
