Project Producer / Co-Ordinator (CGI Team):

Must have Creative Production or Studio experience.

Based in Shenfield (20 minutes from Liverpool Street. Parking and close to station.

Large Digital / Creative Agency with great client list.

£30-37k doe.

Our client requires an experienced Project Producer, used to working with teams of creatives and other stakeholders to ensure a project runs on time, to budget and within scope from start to finish.

 

The right person will have business vision, communication skills and soft management skills with the ability to plan, coordinate, and execute the successful delivery of projects in the CGI team.

 

You do not need CGI experience to be successful in this role but you MUST have worked in a production or studio environment and have been responsible for the project planning with creatives, executing the delivery from start to finish

 

This is a new role in a fast-paced environment, so being able to work on multiple requests at any single time will be essential. You should have strong client facing and stakeholder management skills and hold experience of writing quality statement of works, managing issues and risks.

 

You should be an expert in managing projects in high-pressure environments, managing multi-region and multi-language projects where needed. You will be highly experienced in quality control which is a huge part of the success of this role. The right person will have either a working knowledge of Agile or Prince2 methods and be able to traffic project, raising jobs and managing stakeholders.

 

You will be flexible, committed, well-organised, disciplined, diligent, proactive. You should be a relationship builder, polite, patient, personable, persuasive and diplomatic, comfortable presenting at all levels.

 

Role Responsibilities:

 

• Maintain a high level of quality documentation

• Provide weekly feedback to the SMT on overall project status and performance

• Manage the day-to-day running of projects including maintaining project plans

• Ensure resource for projects is allocated in good time and fully informed of the deliverables • Organise, and manage iterations and scrum meetings if required

• Organise, and manage retrospectives and lessons learnt sessions when applicable

• Fully monitor project risks and issues, ensuring where required that actions are in place to resolve or mitigate - escalating at the earliest possible opportunity when required

• Provide exemplary customer service while delivering the project

• Support and collaborate with various internal departments across all stages of the delivery

• Be able to interface with third-party vendors

• Ensure high quality delivery of projects, often assuming a Quality Assurance role
