My client is a Finance and HR SaaS platform headquartered in California, and they are looking for an experienced B2B Senior Marketing Project Manager to join their team for a 12 month contract. The role pays between £425 - £450/day depending on experience. 

  • The EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager plays a key role in the organization, coordination, and management of primarily regional campaigns/programs as well as global projects.
  • Reporting into the EMEA Marketing Operations Manager, the EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager supports Regional Marketing leaders in building, managing, and monitoring integrated, project plans.
  • Leveraging their keen understanding of business to business marketing, the EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager will facilitate and manage campaigns and programs from planning through execution ensuring all activities and deliverables are met and synchronized to deliver a high-quality customer experience. 
  • The EMEA Senior Marketing Project Manager also supports the EMEA PMO team with process improvement initiatives, knowledge sharing sessions, process documentation, and other projects as needed. 


• Work with Global PMO leadership to develop and implement standardized project management framework, tools, and processes in EMEA. 
• Partner with the Regional Marketing leaders to document and communicate key planning/program initiation meeting outcomes. 
• Define and document project scope in partnership with the Regional Marketing leaders. 
• Build project plans and timetables that include regional rollups, as appropriate. Ensure all deliverables align with project scope. 
• Schedule and drive status meetings. Determine agendas, highlight key milestones, drive issue resolution, and maintain action logs/plans. Summarize and communicate meeting outcomes. 
• Manage project scope by assessing requirements changes, determining and conveying impact on time and risks 
• Conduct offline meetings with various execution teams to ensure priorities are known, issues are resolved, and efforts are coordinated. 
• Maintain communication with all project stakeholders to ensure inter-departmental alignment, optimization of resources, smooth handoffs, and program consistency. 
• Request creative and production resources through production management tool. 
• Ensure overall project/program quality, and look for ways to streamline process and increase overall efficiency. 
• Audit program once completed, determine improvements, and implement process change. 
• Demonstrate clear leadership skills and experience working on large, complex cross-functional projects with several stakeholder groups based on different locations. 

• Minimum of 5 years to 7+ years in business to business marketing with proven project management experience. PMP certification is preferred. 
• Bachelor’s degree required. 
• Experience in multi-national corporate environment is essential and agency would be a plus 
• Understanding of SaaS and/or enterprise software marketing and vertical markets is a plus 
• Proficient in project management tools (e.g., Workfront, Basecamp, Google Docs, Smartsheet, Microsoft Project) 
• Must be able to manage a large multi-faceted project/ campaign or multiple projects at the same time 
• Proven ability to work and collaborate with virtual teams. 
• Strong Ability to identify issues , solve problems and choose appropriate alternatives 
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
