My client, a fantastic FMCG brand, based in the leafy suburbs of Surrey is looking for a Digital Marketing Specialist/Manager.

You will be working for the Northern Europe/London market. Deploying overall company internal and external divisional digital strategies.


 Manage Equity/Brand Activation Programmes across digital platforms
 Drive brand, category and business growth by:
o Collaborating with agencies on development of digital media strategies and programmes.
o Supporting Brands by serving as an internal digital media authority.
o Collaborating with Internal Support functions, e.g. IT, E-commerce, OAC, Shopper to deliver holistic marketing experiences.
o Manage and cultivate relationships with key media partners and agencies.
 Experience of UK digital media landscape. You will require knowledge of the UK digital media landscape including; social, YouTube, AV, mobile and programmatic marketing. Including recent experience in activation of awareness and performance campaigns.
 Willingness to continuously learn and teach others. We are seeking a business-minded doer with knowledge of the digital marketing who puts the consumer experience at the heart of activities and decisions. Along with with up-skilling the larger marketing team by sharing learnings from different sub-brands and/or countries.
 Innovative and entrepreneurial focus. You will need to be focused and decisive with the ability to take risks where needed. With an ability to naturally make creative connections, experimenting continuously and push boundaries.
 Excellent interpersonal & collaboration skills. Work within the Northern European Hub to influence people and build strong relationships internally/externally to drive action. Stay close to your EU digital lead colleagues, OAC and the division EU team.
 Website management. Work with the Web Specialist to ensure websites (15 websites across NE) are all up to date with the latest products, copy and assets.
 Brilliant basics across e-commerce customer websites. Support the customer e-commerce team to ensure basic content is best in class across gold, silver and bronze customers.
 Paid search. Ensure the agency has been briefed on forthcoming NPD and campaign launches. Review monthly reports and attend quarterly reviews to ensure search spend is optimised and focused on business priorities. Ensure our ads are being seen across mobile and desktop placements.
 Strong SEO skills and the ability to identify upcoming search trends. Work with the agency to ensure high volume search trends are covered across websites and product titles and descriptions.
 Ratings and reviews. Experience of working with BazarVoice and feed management would be an advantage. Ensure key NPD have consumer reviews generated and syndicated to customer sites at time of launch.
 Management of one direct report.

 Support and up-skill the Web Specialist when required.
 Strong Analytical Capabilities.
 Strong digital and e-commerce experience
 Highly competent project management skills
 The ability to build strong relationships quickly throughout the matrix structure.
 Confidence to challenge the status quo and influence people at all levels of the organisation
