My client is a well-known brand operating in the FMCG space, based within fantastic surroundings of the home counties is looking for an exceptional Media Performance Manager. Ideally you will have come from a media agency background.
You will be pivotal in ensuring Global & Local brand media plans are optimised across EMEA. While media plans are managed locally, you will be involved in accelerating the media best practices across broadcast, auction-based media like programmatic, paid social and search. Providing best practice to agency partners and thought- leadership on traditional and non-traditional media to local brand teams. Building joint business plans and partnerships with key digital platforms.
1 Drive precision and data-driven media plans across EMEA brands and provide best-practice guidance to local activation plans daily.
2 Provide media best practice guidelines across POE channels and broadcast media, while responsible for updating paid media digital dashboards monthly
3 Lead quarterly business review with local markets and media teams to optimise media plans in power periods and JBPS Monthly
4 Manage and implement the consumer journey and audience strategy to optimise media plans and digital commerce targets Choose an Item
5 Drive digital transformation change with the Digital Director to in-house Paid Social and Search with central media planning and buying hub monthly
-6-10 years min FMCG EMEA media planning and buying experience
-Interpersonal Skills Strong interpersonal skills and experience of interaction at board level necessary
-Other Skills & Competencies Proven track record of analytical experience and change management, potential development of analytical models
Level of Education and Discipline Bsc or BA - Degree qualifications - preference for Mathematics / analytics / econometrics / economics / business/ media
Upon successful implementation of the EMEA media strategy, the role will also be pivotal in developing "Precision Media" best practices and learning agendas with the global teams. Providing media best practice and training capabilities across the markets to core EMEA markets like France, Poland, UK. Over time, scalable learning agendas, best practices will be shared at pace and in parallel at times with more dynamic markets like Italy, Russia, Romania, Switzerland.
