I am currently recruiting for an eCommerce Trading Lead for an international travel service with offices based in Central London. This role sits within the digital team. You will be accountable for reaching the client’s revenue targets on all digital platforms. This is a key role as you will be in charge of understanding digital performance, trading and identifying levers with a wide range of stakeholders.
You will live and breathe the client’s KPIs and constantly push key stakeholders to improve performance. You will be managing a small team of merchandisers and conversion rate optimisation managers. You will also be supported by a trading analyst.
Work on an agreed set of trading and customer experience KPIs including sales, customer engagement and conversion. Review trade throughout the week and identify extra insight/activity needed to drive performance.
Summarise data and product information to articulate what is driving performance and what actions we need to take as a digital team on daily, weekly and seasonal basis.
Drive visual merchandising strategy, navigation, page performance and influence onsite content.
