We are looking for an analytical, detail-oriented, and fast executing Partner Sales Operations Specialist to help with the operations for our clients growing Cloud EMEA Partner sales organization.

The Specialist will work with cross-functional teams, including Partner, Sales, Finance, and BI teams to handle Partner operations and ensure timely and accurate reporting.

Overall responsibilities:

  • Work with Partner team in tracking & measuring the Cloud business through Google’s Cloud Partners
  • Run data analysis, reporting, dashboarding and territory planning in the Partner business
  • Provide superior technical support for internal workflow applications and sales tools
  • Build successful relationships with both Partner Operations, Sales Operations and Partner teams
  • Troubleshoot, escalate and respond to support requests
  • Communicate effectively with technical groups to enhance tools and resolve internal customer issues

Required skills:

  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or equivalent related education or experience
  • Strong experience with SQL (2+ years)
  • Strong MS Excel or Google Spreadsheets skills for quick reporting execution (2+ years)
  • Experience in using business tools (eg: Anaplan and Salesforce.com), to user support
  • Professional etiquette, organizational skills, and attention to detail
  • Interpersonal skills and ability to work with cross-functional teams
  • Ability to multitask, set priorities, and work efficiently in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong troubleshooting and problem-solving skills
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Google tools (BigQuery, Data Studio, Analytics, Tag Manager), PLX (Dashboard, DataSite, Script and Workflow)
  • Aptitude to understand complex business processes
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
