Job Description:

We are recruiting for our Client for a Cloud Program Manager role.

 

It is a temporary 12 months role on PAYE basis.

 

The pay is within the range: £56-£68k pa pro rata plus certain benefits: holidays, bonus plan and free facilities access.

 

As a program manager for the Cloud Negotiating team, you will work cross-functionally with Compliance, Finance and other departments to ensure obligations and requirements of Public Sector contracting frameworks are fully understood and being met, with the organization remaining in compliance with all of its obligations and requirements. 
 

The roles sit completely internally within the Client organisation and doesn’t include external communications.

Two main responsibilities: 

1. Cloud Framework Project Management 
Key tasks include: 
-Act as the internal point of contact for Cloud’s Administration team
-Support Negotiating team in routing external requests to the most appropriate member of the Public Sector Cloud team. 
-Continuous review of the services listed under a framework agreement

-Management of a bespoke order flow process. 
-Collection of monthly reporting data and administering the monthly reports. 
 

In order to perform this smoothly, you need to understand the non-standard obligations within a customer agreement. 

You will be responsible for working with sales to determine the scope of services for future frameworks. 
You will be also liaising with commercial and legal teams to ensure continuous compliance and risk management. 

2) On-going Review of UK OJEUs / eTenders


You will be scanning  the market for appropriate OJEU notifications. The Official Journal of the EU (OJEU) is where the Government must legally advertise all upcoming Tenders
You will be searching for upcoming tenders that might offer an opportunity for the Client. Then alert the relevant FSR. 

 


Skill/Experience/Education 


Excellent Project Management skills,

experience in managing complex, cross functional projects,

ensuring that all activities align to the designed process

Excellent communication and presentation skills, both written and verbal

Excellent analytical and data management skills

Solid experience in contract management, proposal development or related field.

Some experience with UK Government vetting organisations, procedures and tooling.
