Job Description:

My client a production agency, producing advertising and marketing content for many of the world’s most famous brands, across all media around the world are looking for a Print Project Manager working on a luxury retail brand. *You must have agency experience and have managed a small team*


You will be responsible for the coordination, adaptation, and implementation of the production process from brief through to final production phases. Supporting Head of Project Management and Project Managers
in the efficient running of accounts and the department.

Key Responsibilities (to include, but not limited to):
• Daily project management functions
• Day-to-day liaison with the internal departments
• Coordination between Account Management/Transcreation Management/Clients
• Coordination and communication with clients (as required)
• Respond to information requests from the Head of Project Management/Account Management/Clients
• Strive to better client and stakeholder relations
• Manage all alerts/orders through FIDO
• Handle all aspects of client campaigns from planning through to delivery
• Demonstrate a clear understanding of brand
• Manage and monitor timelines and deadlines, set realistic client expectations; proactively chase and interrogate delays
• Escalate issues to the Head of Project Management
• Investigate and highlight quality control issues to the Head of Project Management
• Drive and enforce improvements of workflow and processes
• Distribute contact reports and agendas
• Appreciation and champion of key internal policies
• Motivate and build morale amongst the team
• Mentor, support and train colleagues, new starters and freelance resource
• Estimating and financial reconciliation (if required)
• Deputise for Head of Project Management as appropriate
• Acknowledge resource/workload issues and be proactive in finding solutions

Requirements:
• Proven high level of experience of working in a print production role essential
• Proven high level of IT literacy, including usage of spreadsheets
• Strong numeracy skills
• Excellent prioritization, time management and attention to detail and ability to work under pressure
• Fluent oral and written English essential, other languages desirable
• Experience of managing and servicing international accounts in 5+ markets with multiple stakeholders desirable
• Ability to motivate people
• Good spoken and written communication skills
• A responsible attitude
• Good ‘people skills’ for building relationships with colleagues at all levels
• Excellent judgment skills resulting in qualified decision making
• Calmness under pressure
• Decision-making ability
