I am working with a  leading Creative Communications and Brand agency that are looking for a Business Development Director to join their team. This is a fantastic opportunity to help a uniquely creative agency grow and flourish within the industry. They are looking for an exceptional candidate who has an unstinting passion for design.


  • Proven track record in selling design agency services 
  • Ability to successfully lead the bid process from initial stage (e.g. RFI/ITT) to close
  • Through understanding of the design industry and in particular digital design
  • Excellent verbal and written communication, to include presentation skills
  • Strong knowledge of Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Willingness to travel within UK and Internationally
  • A self-starter who is able to work autonomously
  • Dynamic and proactive with positive, high energy personality
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
