My leading luxury ecommerce brand are looking for a Lead UX / Product Design to take charge of the design on websites and apps. To be considered for this role you must have a wealth of experience in ecommerce with solid foundations in User Experience and UCD. You will also be able to demonstrate a keen intest in fashion and trends

You'll have a firm understanding between the difference of User Experience and User interface design and where these two disciplines intersect to create the most usable and beautiful product, you will sit more at the UX end of the spectrum but have teams of UX and (seperat) Ui designers reporting into you. You will be working with a wider customer experince team and be responsible for seamless UX & UI experiences. 

You will have extensive knowledge of taking large (ecommerce) sites from strategy to final product and enjoy being involved in strategic thinking, you will also get excited about new and innovative products and how to create the best possible experience. 

You are on top of best practices, technology and infuse this throughout your team, living and breathing UX.

Comfortable defining and achieving KPIs. 

This role with be 50/50 hands on and will allow you to get stuck into projects with your team.

A powerful understanding of Research: quantitative and qualitative data that will inform and justify your design decisions and not be shy from Analytics to prove how powerful good design can be.

You must have a track record to show how you not only create an amazing on-site journey, but how you have improved the experience through key KPI’s. You'll be able to show how you work collaboratively alongside Customer Experience, Head of Digital, Development & Creative to create  best-in-class site journeys. You'll be responsible for creating a high performing ecommerce site whilst remaining true to the Brand.

You will have a portfolio of case studies that show how you approach your work, the process you apply and methodologies you use in daily practice, Gestalt, Myers Briggs, Heuristics are not just buzz words to you!
