I am currently recruiting for a HR & Resourcing Coordinator for a role with a leading media company absed in Chiswick Park. This is a 6-month contract role with a salary of up to £26k on offer.
In this role you will be responsible for defined HR & Resourcing administration activity and for providing administration support, ensuring that appropriate HR tasks are completed in line with company procedures and in a timely and accurate manner.
- Support the Resourcing Team in the coordination and booking of interviews
- Update the Recruitment Website, ATS and advert templates with up to date brand information
- Send out the quarterly ATS audit reports to the Area Manager
- Upload interview documents to the ATS
- Other ad-hoc support as required
- Previous experience in a busy diverse Admin support role
- Proven experience in gathering data from a variety of sources to create management reports and models using Excel
- Provide support for line managers across the business, face to face or over the phone
- Strong written and verbal communication skills, with ability to effectively communicate at all levels
