I am currently recruiting for an Account Manager for a role with a leading media agency based in Victoria. This is a permanent role with a salary of up to £32k.

Who we are looking for:

I hope to speak to a dynamic Account Manager who has a specialism in CRM. We are looking for someone with great enthusiasm and excellent relationship building skills, plus the ability to juggle multiple projects.

As part of the CRM stream of work, the client in question seek an Account Manager to work with the Senior Account Manager and Account Director as well as a team of 2 project managers in the management and creation of CRM comms and projects as part of the wider marketing effort. 

The role is ideal for someone ready to make the step into an Account Manager position. The ideal candidate will be highly organised, have a great attention to detail, have strong client/stakeholder management skills, be professional but able to build  relationships with clients and internal teams, be a team player who wants to get great exposure in an agency environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Manage the briefing of creative teams to create work that answers the client brief as well as being able to successfully manage client amends through to sign off
  • Work with Strategy to develop creative briefs and comms plans that successfully answers the client’s business problem  
  • Work with the Project Managers to establish timelines and deliver work on time, every time
  • Working with the team to accurately and efficiently report on projects to the client and internal team every week


Skills & Experience:

  • 1-2 years plus experience of working in an agency environment
  • You’ll be a self-starter who is happy working autonomously as well as with the wider team
  • Fully client facing
  • Super organised with strong attention to detail
