Job Description:

This role will see you leading the client services team and an important part of the smooth running of the business. Account handlers are responsible for the running of client relationships, managing the team and also building important relationships with stakeholders. Delivering against budgets and workflows. We are looking for an individual with a proven track record within account handling management and industry knowledge/commercial acumen.

  • Coach and develop team to aid success through their personal development plans
  • Responsibility for managing accounts team
  • Build key relationships with stakeholders, manage their expectations and perceptions
  • Ability to work under pressure and get things done in a timely manner
  • Evaluate and create a deeper understanding contractual obligation, commercial arrangements and SLA's
  • Understand the client and agency relationship interaction
  • Problem solver

  • Great negotiations skills
  • Previous experience managing an account team including resource planning
  • Experience budgeting, forecasting and financial compliance procedures
  • Knowledge of either TV, Print, Digital production from previous roles
