A leading retail & FMCG client of ours is looking for an Artwork Project Manager or Coordinator with strong communication skills who can manage/co-ordinate the print production process between both internal and external teams.
This role will be for maternity cover, so therefore we’ll need someone who can hit the ground running!
In this role, you will be liaising with an external repro agency, managing briefings, timelines, collating and providing all the assets required to ensure that repro agency has everything they need to artwork all printed deliverables successfully. You’ll also be carrying out QC/QA checks to ensure that all the printed artwork is on brand and following guidelines.
The chosen person will be liaising with printers, various internal departments to collate all the assets required (to share with the repro agency), seek approval from internal stakeholders and solely manage this whole process. Therefore you will need to have strong project management skills, ideally using a software such as Wrike or a similar PM system.
This role won’t require you to take on any artworking tasks, however this role will suit someone who has previously been an Artworker otherwise someone with strong understanding of print production.
Ideally, you’ll have managed the artwork for FMCG products, packaging otherwise a variety of printed material.
