Job Description:

I am working with a leading FMCG brand to find them a Digital Analytics Manager. The main responsibility in this role is to deliver actionable insights to Digital Media, Ecommerce and Brand managers in EMEA to improve the effectiveness of digital marketing and increase ROI.

This role is permanent, and based in Haddenham. You will have the option to work from a London-based agency, and to work from home, two days per week.

This role is critical to implement advanced analytics including attribution modelling to understand media ROI and customer propensity modelling to improve digital engagement and audience targeting.

Technical competencies:

  • Adobe/Google Cloud analytics including social media analysis tools (Sprinkler tool Preferred)

  • Data analysis and manipulation using excel or other data manipulation tools (Tableau tool Preferred)

  • Data visualization and creating presentations. (PowerPoint, Tableau tool Preferred)

  • Statistical data Modelling (Understanding Preferred)

  • A/B testing analysis and reporting

  • Tag management Tealium, Google, Observepoint or any other solution (Preferred)



  • Set up, analyse and report digital KPI performance across paid, earned and owned channels

  • Work alongside multiple stakeholders across multiple teams including Digital, IT and marketing agencies to champion digital analytics and drive business change

  • Work with the marketing agency to set up omnichannel campaign effectiveness insights and attribution modelling

  • Review digital channels performance and where improvements need to be made through A/B testing for a better ROI



  • Education Required: Bachelor’s Degree

  • Digital Analytics Experience & Capabilities:

    • Position requires 5+ years of experience in Digital analytics client side or media/digital/agency

    • Experience with Consumer Brands across various product categories

    • Media/Digital/ measurement experience, including and the deployment of attribution modelling, ROI

    • Social Media insights reporting experience

  • Experience with digital analytics, using a variety of tools (Google/Adobe Analytics, Data Studio & Tag manager included)

  • Excellent analytical, quantitative, organizational, and prioritization skills are required
