Duties: We're seeking a marketing manager to join the EMEA Programs & Platforms team, which is part of Global Business Marketing. This individual will be working as part of the team to plan and deliver key marketing initiatives around the business brand in EMEA. In this role alignment with global stakeholders and country marketing teams are a key component to ensure a successful marketing strategy.
We require someone with strong project management skills, who is resourceful and action oriented. They need to be comfortable to work on their own as well as in a team, and bring a can-do attitude. We're looking for someone who is open to working in a fast paced environment and thrives through change.
Responsible for developing and executing marketing programmes to meet EMEA and global business marketing objectives.
Work cross-functionally with regional and global teams to launch and execute programmes.
Set, track, analyse, communicate, and execute against key programme metrics.
Drive business marketing know-how and the implementation of programme best practices to optimize impact.
Build strong partnerships and manage external marketing agencies and vendors.
Manage program budget and all associated operational processes.
Manage programs core working group
Identify and communicate risks and adjustments to the overall program
Manage cross-functional projects in a matrix organization.
Minimum 6 years work experience in Marketing
Strong project management skills with high attention to detail
Strong communication and interpersonal skills
Must be proactive with proven ability to execute on multiple tasks simultaneously
Be prepared to work flexibly, as programmes evolve over time
Ability to collaborate with different individuals across the organization and within other geographies, and "roll-up the sleeves" in order to accomplish all necessary tasks
