Our client is looking for an experienced marketer to join the EMEA Business Marketing team, joining a regional group who create, lead and co-ordinate the value proposition and articulation of the Facebook Family for Business across the region. They will work with the Head of Channel Marketing to develop and launch and scale targeted marketing activities/programs through our creative agencies and partners, driving real value and new business growth. This will require a self-starter, who can work with key stakeholders internally build and land lasting strategies and approaches that can be scaled across agencies and regions.
Success in this role will require:
- A passion for Facebook and the potential that exists working through our creative agencies and partners to transform business success.
- A very good understanding of the creative agency landscape across EMEA, and good working relationships with senior leaders within their organizations.
- Working closely with stakeholders across our Creative Shop team and our local Creative Agency Partners across priority markets, identifying with them the appropriate programs and activities that would help the agencies win customers, become strong advocates, inspire them and grow their revenues.
- A strategic thinker who can drive for results and is able to move fast.
This is a full-time position, on an 11 month contract, located in our London office.
Continue to build and launch our marketing programs for creative agencies across EMEA and work closely with the EMEA Global Customer Marketing team to incorporate and build on programs that already exist
Ensure we have strong GTM plans, measurable results and a vision for success
Create and maintain strategic assets: communication materials that we can scale to all agencies and partners to inform customer perceptions and actions
Work closely with our internal agency team and network of external partners (e.g. designers and copywriters) to bring these assets to life
Provide market analytics, audience insights, knowledge and strength to help drive initiatives critical to ongoing acquisition, growth and retention of most valued agencies
Collaborate with our most valued agencies to identify how we grow the ecosystem together and ensure that agencies are seeing incremental revenue growth aligned to
Skills: MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS
8-10 years of experience in or working with creative agencies, an intimate knowledge of who they are and what makes them tick.
Proven expertise in developing and leading marketing programs across multiple channels and markets, with limited budgets.
Strong cross-functional, stakeholder and leadership skills and the ability to influence across all levels of the organization
Outstanding communication skills, both written and verbal
Ability to translate complex concepts into simple and intuitive communications and content
Strong understanding of and comfort with how to use data
Ability to handle the pace and ambiguity that comes with working in a fast-paced, always-on environment across multiple time zones and teams.
