As the Community Manager for Android Enterprise, you will be responsible for the execution and growth of the Android Enterprise Help Center community. This position combines a degree of customer support, program management and product knowledge.

Focusing on building relationships, your goal is to ensure that Android Enterprise is a solution of choice. You’ll combine exceptional community development expertise, deep product knowledge of mobility and compelling communication skills and analytical abilities to grow the community.

Responsibilities:

Drive community growth and engagement
Develop, maintain & implement community content calendar
Monitor and report on community feedback and trends
Collaborate with PE program leads to facilitate events (live & virtual)
Partner with Marketing to developer community user engagement
Stay up to date with enterprise mobility technology trends
Liaison between Android Enterprise subject matter experts and community members
Help identify and review community development requirements with Project Team, Product Management, business stakeholders, and periodically with customers.
Support the Android Enterprise product/business teams with answers to questions and updates/training for new community features and events
Stay in tune with market and customer needs with frequent communication with Product Managers, business teams, partners and customers
Support Product Managers in creating and maintaining community business requirements
Work with internal teams (product, business, etc.) to obtain an in-depth understanding of the process, procedures, and the system documentation requirements

Mandatory skills / experience

Bachelor’s degree in marketing, communications, English, computer science or other related subject
5+ years of experience managing and growing technical online communities
Demonstrated ability to map out an engagement strategy and then drive that strategy proven by testing and metrics
Excellent verbal and written communication skills and an ability to work individually on a project or in a team environment
Skill/Experience/Education
