Proven understanding of the technology cycle and how to implement strategies to generate and nurture leads, drive interest, and accelerate the purchase process
Proficiency with Marketo and Salesforce in a B2B environment is a must
HTML/CSS for email or landing page design and coding
Analytical with a natural curiosity in data to measure, test, learn, and iterate in order to get the best results possible
A strong background in lead generation programs, email marketing best practices, and inbound marketing is crucial, along with experience improving marketing and sales alignment through continuous business process improvement
Experience in database management
Highly organized, methodical and process-driven, demonstrating a drive to improve internal processes whenever possible
Ability to lead and manage multiple projects at the same time in a fast-paced environment
