Job Description:

A new opportunity has arisen for a Service Business Analyst to join a global company social media company, working remotely but ideally at the London office in the future. Reporting to the Service Operations Manager working closely with our repair centres, and senior stakeholders in the business

Operational background with business analyst skills
Operational skills - Supply Chain, Manufacturing, Logistics
Material planning, production line planning is preferred

Must have's: Able to use macros, power BI & Excel
- Operations Analyst
- Production Planner

3+ yrs experience
Will consider 1 month notice period

Job Responsibilities:

• Drive and build process for data gathering, validation and documentation

• Lead reporting and insight communication across functions and teams

• Support Service Operations lead on tactical activities in Oracle

• Support Continues Improvements projects from data and insights point of view

• Review and approve invoices, cost proposals and contract supplements

• Monitor transaction controls and costs against budgets and targets

• Support to drive day to day operations

• Support fulfiment and transportation activities


• Verbal and written communication skills, attention to detail, customer service and interpersonal skills

• Problem solving

• Strong adaptability skills

• Strong ability to work independently and manage one’s time.

• Strong ability to apply accounting and mathematical principles to work as needed

• Strong knowledge of business and management principles involved in strategic planning, resource allocation, and production methods

• Strong ability to apply mathematical principles to work as needed

• Experience using Oracle software for PO creation, inventory adjustments, SO fulfilment (ERP/MRP/WMS)

• Strong ability to analyze business trends and projections

• Ability to create business status reports from multiple data inputs

• Strong ability to analyze business trends and experience developing reporting/tools

• Previous experience with computer applications, such as Microsoft Word and Excel; Enterprise Application experience a plus

• 3+ Years Service operations operation or manufacturing

• Experience developing, implementing process, KPIs, business cases, and project plans

Wish List:

• Service shop floor and claims management


• Bachelor's degree in business management, economics, finance, accounting or relevant field required.
