We're looking for an experienced internal communications consultant to join us in our London office on the Executive Engagement team. You'll be responsible for providing communications solutions support through consultations to our customers in Europe, North America and LATAM.

Responsibilities

Design and deliver employee communications consultations in partnership with the Global Communications Solutions Lead

Understand business priorities, technical processes, and industry trends that shape audience-relevant communications

Collaborate with internal stakeholders and cross-functional partners to identify new ways to drive Comms best practice, trends and thought leadership in the customer community

Represent the Workplace brand with authenticity and integrity in every interaction with customers

Minimum Qualification

5+ years’ experience as an Internal Communications / Employee Engagement specialist within a Communications agency

A proven track record in successfully developing and managing high-impact strategic internal communications, in complex matrix organisations

Experienced Business Partner to senior leadership level in an international environment

Experience in creating campaigns that have driven strong employee engagement

Ability to prioritize tasks and manage deadlines amidst a fast-paced, ambiguous environment

Written and spoken fluency in English

Detail oriented and an inclination towards measurement

Additional fluent language a bonus - Spanish and / or Portuguese preferred
