Job Description:

We’re working with a Global Entertainment company that needs your help! They are looking for someone to sit on their Tech team to help with the deployment of IT equipment for their production partners. You’ll be responsible for logistics and operations throughout the UK, and will have the opportunity to help with high-profile projects! 

As the Deployment Technician, you will be liaising with the internal studio and the external producers. You’ll provide them with necessary resources such as; monitors, portable storage devices, video conferencing units and TV's,  laptops to iPads- you will ensure everyone has access to the right technical access to create great content. You’ll be covering all aspects of the service lifecycle through procurement, stock in-take, asset management, device configuration, request processing, deployment & logistics, remote installation & hardware support and equipment returns.

 

YOU HAVE: 

  • Experience with ticketing systems ( they use Zendesk)

  • Experience with quality checks

  • Technical/Production stock management experience

  • IT and Production knowledge

  • Tagging devices

  • Ability to help with remote installation

  • Experience in customer facing role

  • Technical support experience

  • Experience working in TV/Film Production

Requirements:

Must be able to travel between Surrey and London.
