Job Description:

Media Agency Program Manager

Pay £100k pa +, DOE, competitive, plus paid holidays and bi annual bonus scheme

We are recruiting this temporary PAYE based role for our media platform Client.

The work is currently remote but you must be based in UK.

They are seeking an experienced Program Manager to join the operational team which manages the investment programs with the global media agencies. You will partner closely with both in market and centrally based sales teams, key leadership teams, as well as other cross functional groups to drive development of the global investment programs on every operational dimension.

The role will focus on ownership of our education incentive programs. We have two core programs (one a mass program for planners and buyers finishing in an exam and one a curriculum-based program for more senior media personnel) which we are constantly evolving to ensure that our agencies have optimal knowledge in our tools to enable clients to be given the optimal buy. Your role will be to manage and develop these education incentive programs in close partnership with our Agency Sales teams and our Business Education teams who offer the education content.

You will use your exceptional analytical skills, leadership and understanding of the commercial interface to define new ways of measuring and offering value. You will derive insight from complex data to support the evolution of agency partnership programs and aid decision making. You will provide business critical analysis, ensure cross-functional alignment across partnership program goals and execution, and help teams activate strategic partnerships and new initiatives. Additionally, you will have an active role in the development and roll-out of processes, policies and tools for performance tracking and best practice sharing. As well having a proven track record in business analysis and deal performance management, the candidate will need to demonstrate strong team working and influencing skills, as this is a highly cross-functional role. This role is both strategic and operational in nature.

You will engage across a range of partners to understand existing programs and delivery. You will secure the future of these programs through relevant data analytics. You will also ensure that any new program design is done with ROI at the core and can be scaled on this basis. You will be data savvy, commercially minded but above all an influencer.

Core Responsibilities:

1/Program development

Work closely with the other members of the Investment team and cross-functionally with in-market Sales teams, Business Education, Measurement/Metrics, Legal, Finance and Engineering teams to manage, develop and maximise the effectiveness of the agency partnership programs.

*Reflect on the business and improve process, policies and efficiency. Ensure we have the best processes and tools for investment performance tracking and management.
*Conduct complex analytical projects using internal and external data (e.g. revenue, product, market, industry) to derive insights that will drive program development and decision making.
*Engage with external partners to gather and further external data to help build our approach
*Support the agency investment team coordinating and leading cross-regional analysis (e.g. strategic modelling, quarterly business reviews, competitive analysis, revenue performance reviews and revenue forecasting).

3/Commercial offering design

*Evaluate, structure and guide market deal proposals and drive efficient processes for teams to execute successful partnership frameworks and media agreements in market
*Partner with local, regional and global sales and other XFN partners to take our partnership initiatives to market and drive program success.

Minimum Qualifications

*Consultative and quantitative/analytical skills. Ability to show data and analysis in an interesting and compelling way. Creative thinker with strong problem-solving skills - ability to think outside the box and demonstrate a “can do” attitude is critical.
*Proven experience to drive performance and commercial arguments through data with senior stakeholders
