Reporting directly to Sr. Designer

A gaming company is looking for some design help. We’re looking for a designer who will be working closely with a Sr. Designer and the Creative Director to create top-notch Branding work. If you’re looking to work for an international company in the gaming and sports industry, read on!

During the first 6 months, you’ll be tasked with collaborating with the CD and Sr. Designer to establish consistency within the brand. Identity and style still needs to be uncovered. We’re looking for someone who is excited by this big task. You have “visual identity” nailed and you love the idea of evolving a brand. 


Primary responsibilities:

  • The role will require a Digital Designer to take a hands-on approach to level up marketing assets.

  • You will be responsible for testing new design and messaging approaches that will help improve marketing  

  • The   Designer will need to have experience of designing and animating digital and social media direct response inventory for a UK audience.

  • They will be highly creative, organized, process-driven, and a strong communicator who is passionate about the UK Sports marketplace. 


Types of Responsibilities and Deliverables:

  • Work as part of the Marketing Team to produce outstanding work across core marketing channels. 

  • Create brand marketing design both online and offline graphics.

  • Create banner concepts to test out ideas - be responsible for click-through rate on banners.

  • Adhere to brand guidelines to deliver a consistent design and content continuity from ad asset to in-app.

  • Have an effective understanding of the new and existing product features in order to create assets that properly reflect them.

  • Able to communicate new design ideas effectively.

  • Strong investment in brand identity.

  • Be knowledgeable about competitor advertising and implement ideas as relevant to stay ahead of the competition.


About You:

  • Pixel perfect- a strong quality orientated designer 

  • Deadline orientated

  • Light motion graphics experience

  • BA as a Graphics Designer or equivalent

  • Experience as a Designer in a similar role

  • Expertise with industry-leading design software;

    • Sketch

    • After Effects

    • Illustrator

    • Photoshop

  • Performance marketing design experience with advertising assets served on Facebook, Snapchat, and Instagram

  • Must be able to show examples of mobile first designs

An international social gaming company growing in multiple offices. They are a laid back bunch who like to work hard and collaborate together. The staff is full of sports fans, who work hard to keep up their social-first and mobile-first strategy. They've recently partnered with major US companies and have grown drastically since their launch in 2017.
