Pay up to £390 per day on PAYE basis.
We are looking for a strong Content Project Manager to join our digital team, who will be responsible for the content experience on the sites in the UK, Germany, Switzerland, Italy and Netherlands. You will be responsible for championing user experience and specifically for building out an exceptional content experience.
Candidates for this role must possess strong organizational and project management skills to monitor workflow within a team environment and ensure that deadlines are met, and will perform an assortment of duties including but not limited to project scoping and requirements gathering, relationship building, user journey mapping, managing inputs from project requestors and execution teams, and stakeholder management.
This role requires a deep understanding of the complexity and differences of our businesses and clients globally, and an ability to assess and prioritize opportunities. You will be responsible for managing the content process, monitoring success of the websites, and working with partners across the organization responsible for content on the site. We are looking for a strong self-starter, someone who will connect dots across the organization to curate the right content in the right context to the right segment.
As the Content Manager, you will be responsible for understanding the business priorities and our clients’ needs, bringing the two together to drive commercial success. This includes leading, or working with marketing stakeholders on the strategy, roadmap, development and activation of content on the site – owning its overall success – and keeping abreast of the competition and broader industry trends.
Lead the EMEA product site content, including the vision and roadmap, and be the first point of contact for the business.
Keep leadership informed of the team’s progress and provide a realistic picture of what is achievable with the resources at hand.
Collaborating with key project team members, including marketers, designers, product managers and technology leads to deliver end-to-end solutions and to ensure that site reflects strategic product goals.
Work with marketing, PR, and other stakeholders on promotional plans to ensure that strategies are integrated.
Lead collaboration with content creators across the business to define and agree on brief & plan for page builds.
Team-oriented: enjoys a support role and sees their own success as reflected in the team’s.
Motivated self-starter who adapts quickly in the complex and challenging environments of a rapidly evolving business.
Strong project management skills with experience influencing others, gaining consensus and driving deliverables with individuals inside and outside the organization.
Must have 7+ years with professional experience in content management, marketing project management, partner marketing, product marketing, producing content frameworks for the web or similar functions in high-technology companies.
Experience in content management, content management systems & digital marketing.
Experience in project management, able to drive forward key initiatives, lead cross functional teams and manage workflow, efficiently prioritizing.
Strong team leadership skills particularly leading through change.
Skilled at working effectively with cross functional teams in a matrix organization.
Organized, results-oriented and interested in data and analytics. Experience on Adobe Analytics would be a plus.
Excellent written and verbal communication skills that is clear, compelling and concise.
Strong brand knowledge and understanding of representing the brand through content writing.
Strong design awareness. Experience working with Design Systems.
Strong attention to detail, collaborative with a positive, can-do attitude, adaptable and not above any task.
Interest or experience in finance.
