Temporary role-Operational Media Support-Media Insights Coordinator

It is a part time role for 24h a week.

We are recruiting for this temporary 12 months role for our technology-video platform Client.

The team is based in Kings Cross London, but currently working remotely.

The pay between £43-£48k pa plus perks

 

We are looking for an entry level candidate with affinity for data and media.

A good communicator with good project management skills and ability to manage multiple priorities.

 

Role responsibilities will include compiling and creating coverage reports, going through the tracker to pull out the top-level insights and combining them into the end of week EMEA reporting (60% time allocation), issues tracking, insights and measurement. Responsibilities will also include team operations, communicating report results to the team.

 

Make sure coverage has been filed correctly / manually correct if needed
Keep 2021 media calendar up to date
Figure out how to fix reactive issues
Pull insights / reports when appropriate (e.g: product launches, annual or mid-term reports, monthly newsletter, etc)
Share insights with the team for better understanding and decision making
Editorial -40% time allocation

Suggest and outline entries based on the coverage tracker for the various reports

Outline and design the monthly report — suggesting/collecting and writing entries, chasing PR team members to make sure reviews are done in due time
Manage the reporting and provide insights on overall performance (vs other regions or months)
