Job Description:

5+ years of Consulting - Marketing / Commercial related knowledge (CMO topics - digital transformation, digital marketing, sales, customer service, data analytics) - business consultants who worked on these topics. Telco and Project management exp are a huge plus!

Mobile Connectivity Partnerships team is a go to market team to bring those programs into market in different regions. The team has three functions:

• Partner Managers who are account managers and responsible for everything related to particular partners/telecom operator
• Data Science team that offers analytical consulting support for analytics tools we provide to partners
• Program Management function that builds scalable frameworks and methodologies for the programs and bridge the gap between partner managers and data science team.

The Partner Strategist (PS) role sits within Program Management function and reports to Regional Program Manager. The role will cover EMEA region and will manage the operators primarily in Europe. (will require flexibility on travel)

Program Management
• Bringing a programmatic discipline that supports Connectivity Analytics program in a scalable way across all our partners
• Build and maintain robust processes to streamline activities between product and the region
• Drive regional goaling process for Connectivity Analytics program
• Ensure cross-functional execution and planning to support the goals and scaled adoption efforts regionally
• Coordinating Analytics road mapping, goal setting process
• Day2day management of EMEA Analytics activities, driving product adoption and engagement across the partners

Regional Go-to-Market Strategy
• Facilitates the collective understanding of partner needs in the region to drive improvements at scale.
• Develop engagement strategy to drive regional goals
• Developing new framework and methodologies to scale program and the value to partners

Scale & drive product growth and partner success:
• Develop product and partner growth playbook in partnership with product, data science and other teams (i.e. growth levers, tactics, prioritization, metrics)
• Run product onboarding sessions to help/train partners understand the product capabilities and the value they can get out of it
• Facilitate design thinking workshops with partners, scope impactful and custom projects to deliver
• Support partnership teams as a subject matter expert to enable partner success and best practices adoption

• 10+ years of experience working in a telco, consulting, project management, analytics or equivalent function (partnered with product management and/or engineering on strategy and go-to-market)
• BS/BA degree in Business, Management, MIS, Computer Science, Economics or related discipline
• Demonstrated problem solving experience with experience providing business insights and recommendations from data sets
• Experience presenting business and technical content to peers and general audiences
• Experience leading and influencing stakeholders at all levels of an organization
• Knowledge of organizational dynamics, change management, and process improvement
• Communication experience with storytelling and presentations utilizing tools such as PowerPoint and Google Slides

• Experience working in management consultancy and/or telecom with a specific focus on CMO priorities (commerce, marketing, analytics etc.)
• Experience as an enterprise project/program manager
• MBA or graduate degree in an analytical field
• Experience in commercial organization working across Sales, Marketing, Product Marketing, etc.
• Experience with influencing and developing strategic partnership products and programs at scale
• Experience collaborating and leading cross-functionally with experience building consensus among multiple stakeholders in an entrepreneurial, high-expectation environment
• Highly organized, resourceful and action-oriented individual with experience driving focus, clarity and prioritization in a fast-paced environment
• Experience working with or in support of many different business units, especially partner orgs
• Experience managing multiple concurrent projects and drive initiatives in a cross-functional environment
