Job Description:

Seeking an experienced leader who is passionate about technology and advertising to join the Product Marketing team and focus on growing a Mobile AD techwork. The Product Marketing Manager will be responsible for driving product requirement gathering, executing product launches and driving adoption across the Sales and Marketing organization.

We are looking for a Product Marketing Manager who can work closely with product teams to develop the next generation of delivery products for the Platform. He or she will assess market needs and conduct research to influence product development. They will develop global launch plans to bring products and/or changes to the market, and identify opportunities to improve existing products.

Excellent cross-functional leadership, analytical and communication skills, ability to manage multiple concurrent projects, and comfort with ambiguity are required. The ideal candidate will also have a strong understanding of digital advertising platforms and the advertising market, a track record of shaping product strategy and growing product adoption, and a vision for how we can better meet the needs of our customers with our delivery solutions.

This is a full time position based in London, UK.

Demonstrate domain expertise, and confidently lead strategic and complex initiatives that have impact on the company's direction. Drive product strategy bridging short-term execution and long-term vision
Identify opportunities and represent view of the market by conducting industry research, including deep quantitative, qualitative and competitive analysis
Analyse product performance, synthesize partner feedback and advocate improvements
Quarterback go-to-market efforts globally to support product launches and scaled adoption
Manage comprehensive, cross-functional activities including alphas/betas, positioning, policy and product documentation
Partner with the Product Management, Engineering, Analytics and Partner Managers, and other cross-functional teams

Minimum Qualifications
Bachelor's degree with 5+ years professional experience with extensive knowledge of the technology, Internet and/or media industries including international experience;
History of successfully building, launching, and scaling products;
Communication skills that are effective with technical, business, and external stakeholders;
Track record of effectively collaborating with cross-functional teams to drive results;
Organisation and people skills and experience setting priorities, problem-solving, and working independently in a dynamic, rapidly changing workplace
